Job summary

NHS Forth Valley is seeking a motivated Pharmacy Technician to join the GP practices team. The role focuses on supporting safe, effective pharmaceutical care and ensuring patients get the best outcomes from their medicines.

You will work with pharmacists, technicians and support staff to deliver the Pharmacotherapy Service, require strong communication and collaboration across hospital, community and care home settings, and travel within the service area as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered Pharmacy Technician with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
• Willingness and ability to travel across the service delivery area.

Responsibilities

• Support safe, effective pharmaceutical care in GP practices.
• Contribute to the Pharmacotherapy Service alongside pharmacists, technicians and support staff.
