Job summary

Trust in Fife, a homeless charity operating two hostels in Kirkcaldy, seeks a motivated Operations Supervisor (Housing Support) to lead day-to-day operational support staff and help clients on their homelessness journey.

You will need SVQ Social Services and Healthcare SCQF Level 9, a current UK driving licence, PVG check, and willingness to join an On Call team; interview on 5 October 2026. Experience in the voluntary sector is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Must have SVQ Social Services and Healthcare SCQF Level 9 or equivalent.
• PVG Disclosure check required.
• UK driving licence required.
• Willingness to join On Call rota.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational support staff on a day-to-day basis.
• Support clients through their homelessness journey with effective communication.
• Collaborate with senior staff to ensure efficient housing operations.
• Support staff development and training where applicable.
