Job summary

Response is seeking a compassionate Mental Health Support Worker to assist residents at Grove House, Oxford. You’ll support daily living, wellbeing and independence while building trust-based relationships and coordinating with healthcare professionals.

No prior mental health experience is required; training is provided. The role offers shift patterns including mornings, evenings, weekends and sleep-ins, with a salary of £27,051.44–£28,900 per year and 37 hours per week.

• Support residents with daily living skills, wellbeing and independence
• Build positive, trusting relationships

• Learn and apply therapeutic approaches including Talk Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Trauma-Informed Care
