Job summary

We Change Lives (WCL) is recruiting compassionate Mental Health Supported Living Service Workers to join Westleigh House and to help residents move into three new supported living bungalows opening in October 2026. You will provide person-centred support and build trusting relationships from Day 1.

No prior experience is required as full training and qualifications are provided on the job. The role includes shift patterns, including nights, with a rolling 3 on/3 off rota and a welcome bonus on
