Job summary

We Change Lives is seeking a Mental Health Learning and Disability Support Worker to join our new supported living service. You will be supporting people with mental health needs as they move into our properties, starting at Westleigh House in Stockton Heath, with the aim of fostering independence and meaningful community participation.

Initial placement at Westleigh House, with a 3 on/3 off rolling rota and opportunities for training.

Qualifications

• No formal qualifications required; on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support to residents with mental health and learning disability needs.
• Support residents moving into new supported living properties and help develop independence.
