Lifeways Group in Hull is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Support Worker to help young adults live more independently and achieve personal goals within a supportive team.

You’ll join a busy service where daily activities include shopping, cooking, gardening, swimming, and community involvement, guided by our values of care, respect, and inclusion. Comprehensive training will be provided to support your growth.

At our Mental Health Service, people come together as a community. The individuals we support are young adults who enjoy shopping, cooking, gardening, swimming, football, playing the guitar, walking, listening to music, watching television, and being in the community.

We support individuals to live independently and achieve their personal goals, promoting choice, dignityand respect in everyday life. We work as part of a close-knit, supportive team.
