Job summary

Greater Western Water in Australia is seeking a Coordinator, Network Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance Delivery to oversee maintenance across mechanical and electrical assets, including water and sewer pump stations. You will lead day-to-day coordination with internal teams and delivery partners to ensure safety, quality and reliability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience coordinating field operations in water/sewer/utility maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical network maintenance and reliability.
• Experience managing contractor performance and building stakeholder relationships.
• Solid understanding of water quality, OH&S and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to use asset management systems and interpret maintenance data.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the safe and effective delivery of reactive and preventative maintenance across mechanical and electrical network assets.
• Oversee daily operations and maintenance schedules with timely fault response.
• Partner with internal teams and contractors to align work priorities and resolve issues.
• Monitor contractor performance to ensure safety, quality and service standards.
• Lead continuous improvement to enhance maintenance practices and asset reliability.
• Support after-hours and emergency response operations as required.
• Champion safety leadership and ensure OH&S and environmental compliance.
