Job summary

Clarence Recruitment is recruiting a Level 2 Teaching Assistant for a Leicester secondary school. You will support teaching and learning across various subjects, delivering targeted interventions and assisting students with diverse needs to raise attainment and confidence.

The role requires a recognised Level 2 TA qualification, strong communication, and organisational skills, plus an Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).

Qualifications

• Qualified Level 2 TA or equivalent required.
• Experience supporting children in schools preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to use initiative.

Responsibilities

• Support teaching and learning across a range of curriculum areas.
