Qualifikationen

• Experience working with children in a school or similar setting.

• Ability to follow instructions, maintain confidentiality, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning) are desirable but not mandatory.

Aufgaben

• Provide one-to-one and small-group support to pupils with identified learning needs.
• Assist teachers in preparing and adapting learning resources and classroom materials.
• Monitor student progress, record observations, and contribute to IEPs.
• Encourage positive behaviour, fostering confidence and independence.
• Support classroom management, ensuring a safe and orderly learning atmosphere.
• Liaise with parents, external agencies, and senior staff to coordinate support strategies.
