Job summary

The role involves one-to-one and small-group support, adapting learning materials, tracking progress, and liaising with parents and staff. A DBS check will be required and the position is fixed-term unless stated otherwise.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in a school or similar setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow instructions, maintain confidentiality, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning) are desirable but not mandatory.

Salary: Paid to scale (according to experience and qualifications)
