Job summary

SANZA Teaching Agency is partnering with a welcoming primary school in Hillingdon to recruit a dedicated Teaching Assistant. The role is full-time, long-term, KS1-focused, supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups, including pupils with additional needs and behavioural needs.

The successful candidate will be proactive, engaging, and a strong team player, contributing to children's development and confidence.

Qualifications

• Have previous experience working in a school setting.
• Be confident supporting children across KS1.
• Have experience working with children with additional needs.
• Be comfortable supporting pupils with behavioural needs (advantageous).
• Be a positive, proactive, and adaptable team player.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils 1:1 and in small groups.
• Support KS1-focused learning activities.
• Assist pupils with additional needs as required.
