You will match people to paid roles, prepare them for applications and interviews, and engage local employers to create opportunities while collaborating with clinical and wellbeing colleagues in a non-clinical capacity.

The role emphasizes empathy, rapid outreach, and maintaining records in line with safeguarding standards, with travel across the London area by public transport.

Qualifikationen

• Experience of working towards measurable targets and deadlines.
• Experience of supporting, coaching or advising people towards a defined outcome, including quickly engaging people with limited confidence or experience of employment.
• Experience of helping people overcome practical barriers and move towards employment, education or another positive outcome.
• The ability to build trust, set clear expectations and challenge constructively where this helps someone progress.
• Clear communication with people, employers and partners, managing people at different stages.
• Confident use of case-management or CRM systems and Microsoft 365, with accurate records and an understanding of safeguarding and data security.
• Being comfortable approaching employers and travelling daily by public or other reliable transport.
• No specific qualifications are required.
• Desirable: experience in employability or careers advice, B2B sales or recruitment.
