BDO UK LLP is seeking an Assistant Manager in the Financial Services Advisory (Internal Audit) team. You will lead internal audit engagements and regulatory advisory projects, building deep client relationships and guiding teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

You’ll develop specialist sub-sector and regulatory knowledge, collaborating with colleagues to support clients in the UK, including London and beyond. The role emphasizes agile, collaborative delivery.

Competenze

Proven internal audit and/or regulatory assurance experience within Financial Services.
Strong understanding of the Financial Services sector and the UK regulatory environment.
Experience delivering internal audit and advisory assignments with sound methodologies.
A recognised professional qualification and/or membership such as ICAEW, CIMA, ACCA or CIIA.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with stakeholder influence.
The ability to lead complex reviews and manage multiple priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a collaborative approach.
