Iceland Foods Ltd is seeking a Business Change Delivery Specialist to enable HR-led, technology-enabled change initiatives and embed new ways of working across the business, driving colleague adoption and measurable outcomes.

You will partner with HR colleagues, IT teams and stakeholders to deliver change, develop communications and training materials, manage risks and dependencies, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to support on-time delivery.

Formación

• Experience supporting the delivery of people-focused change in a complex organisation.
• Producing practical change outputs such as plans, communications and training materials.
• Experience working across multiple projects and workstreams.
• Exposure to technology-enabled or system-led change.
• Experience in transformation, operational or HR environments.

Responsabilidades

• Support the delivery of change initiatives and events in line with activities set by the Business Change Manager.
• Carry out agreed change activity from requirements through to implementation and embedding phases.
• Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships to enable clear change plans.
• Managing risks, dependencies and impacts to ensure smooth delivery and escalate as required.
• Balance and prioritise work across multiple projects.
• Produce, coordinate and deliver colleague communications to drive engagement and support embedding of change.
• Develop training materials and guidance to support adoption.
