Job summary

Kingfisher plc, based in London, is seeking a Change Delivery Partner to translate people priorities into practical delivery plans. You will coordinate people processes and change initiatives across Group Functions, helping to create positive colleague experiences aligned with our purpose.

Working with the People Change Lead, HRBP and wider People teams, you will ensure initiatives are well planned, effectively delivered and embedded within the business.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering HR projects and change initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Practical understanding of change management in HR context.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cyclical HR processes and change initiatives across functions.
• Lead Group Functions People Plan projects from planning to implementation.
• Create and maintain project plans, milestones and risks.
• Coordinate with HR Partners and Centres of Expertise to align delivery.
• Support onboarding, induction and recognition projects.
• Develop implementation plans and stakeholder engagement approaches.
• Gather feedback to simplify processes and improve governance.
