Job summary

Civic Recruitment Limited is seeking a dedicated Case Manager – Tenancy and Estates to oversee a housing patch of 550–700 properties. You will handle tenancy and estate matters, conduct home visits, and collaborate with partners to improve resident outcomes.

The role is 6 months, full-time, with a hybrid pattern: 3 days on site and 2 days home/office based. Experience in housing management and supporting vulnerable residents is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Housing Management, Tenancy Management or Estate Management.
• Proven ability to manage a caseload and resolve tenancy-related issues.
• Experience in supporting vulnerable residents and working with partner agencies.
• Strong communication, organisational and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a designated housing patch of 550–700 properties.
• Address tenancy and estate-related inquiries and casework.
• Conduct home visits, tenancy visits, and estate inspections.
• Support vulnerable tenants and refer them to appropriate support agencies.
• Investigate and resolve tenancy breaches, neighbourhood concerns, and low-level anti-social behaviour issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to sustain tenancies and improve resident outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records and update housing management systems.
• Deliver high standards of customer service and tenancy management.
