REESON Education is seeking an experienced EYFS Teacher for an independent special school in Harrow, starting September. You will lead an Early Years class within a nurturing, inclusive setting, supporting children with moderate to complex learning needs and celebrating progress.

Qualifications

• QTS required for the role.
• Recent UK classroom experience in Early Years (EYFS).
• Strong understanding of SEND and how it impacts learning.
• Experience supporting pupils with moderate to complex needs in an inclusive setting.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Early Years learning experiences.
• Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive classroom environment.
• Support pupils with SEND to achieve individual targets.
• Foster communication, independence and social development alongside academics.
• Monitor, assess and celebrate pupil progress.
• Collaborate with teaching assistants and multidisciplinary professionals.
• Build relationships with families and carers.
• Contribute to ongoing development of the Early Years provision.
