Job summary

The Education Network is seeking an EYFS Graduate Teaching Assistant to support an outstanding primary school in Solihull. You will help deliver high-quality EYFS provision, set up continuous provision, lead short activities, and provide 1:1 support where needed.

You will model language, encourage turn-taking and independence, and record quick observations to inform next steps. The role offers an immediate start until July 2027, with daily pay of £81 - £101.

Qualifications

• Degree must be 2:2 or higher in any subject.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Enhanced DBS held or willing to obtain.
• Desire to work in education EYFS.
• Experience working with children desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the class teacher to deliver high-quality EYFS provision.
• Set up and rotate continuous provision and lead short adult-led activities (early phonics and number).
• Provide 1:1 support where needed.
• Model language, encourage turn-taking and independence.
• Note quick observations to inform next steps.
