Job summary

North London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking two ESR / Allocate Optima Implementation Consultants to support the enhanced use of Allocate Optima systems across hospital sites in London. The role involves delivering training, providing hands-on implementation support, and driving project milestones.

You will work with the Programme Manager and external providers to realise system benefits and embed change across diverse clinical and non-clinical areas.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training workshops and supporting large-scale implementations.
• Ability to work independently in a busy, evolving environment with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver large scale training workshops and day-to-day implementation support.
• Support the project milestones, monitor risks and issues, and raise them to the Programme Manager.
• Provide progress and exception reports to the Programme Manager.
• Communicate with external providers and manage their aspects of phase implementations.
• Provide day-to-day support across assigned project areas and ensure KPI alignment.
• Promote best practice for e-rostering and live systems within department requirements.
