Job summary

Artisan Recruitment are partnering with a leading infrastructure and engineering organisation to appoint an experienced ESG/HSQE Coordinator. The role focuses on embedding ESG, sustainability and governance across multiple construction and infrastructure projects.

You will collect data, report on performance and help deliver social value initiatives, working with project teams, procurement, HR and clients. The role requires experience in ESG or HSQE, strong reporting skills and the ability to

Qualifications

Experience in sustainability, ESG, environmental management, social value or HSQE.
Experience in construction, civil engineering, infrastructure, rail or project-based environments.

Responsibilities

Support ESG/HSQE strategies, policies, objectives and action plans.
Coordinate data collection, validation and reporting of environmental and carbon data.
Coordinate development and delivery of social value initiatives.
Support governance and responsible-business policies.
Identify ESG requirements during project mobilisation with project managers.
Assist bid and BD teams with ESG, sustainability and social value submissions.
Maintain systems to collect ESG information from projects and supply chain partners.
Promote ESG awareness and good practice across the organisation.
Represent the organisation at client, industry and community events.
Collate HSQE data to support reduction of incidents and drive improvement.
