Job summary

Richard Nelson LLP is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor or Paralegal to join the Employment Law Team on a hybrid basis, with options for Nottingham or remote work. You will handle a diverse caseload, advise employees, draft documents, and provide practical guidance to clients navigating workplace issues.

The role reports to the Partner (Employment) and requires a strong track record in Employment law, excellent client care, and independent working capability within a specialist team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in acting for employees in Employment law matters
• Strong negotiating and advisory skills
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities
• Ability to work independently within a specialist team
• Up-to-date knowledge of Employment Law and regulatory changes

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of employment matters from inception to conclusion
• Draft legal documents, policies, and correspondence
• Conduct legal research and provide commercially sound advice
• Represent employees in disputes, tribunal work, and advisory matters
• Maintain high professional standards and efficient time management
