Job summary

Reed in Partnership is hiring an Employment and Skills Trainer to coach, train and upskill adult jobseekers on the Restart Scheme across Huntingdon, Ely and Wisbech. This 12-month fixed-term contract requires willingness to travel between sites and deliver high-quality employability training, including CV writing and interview skills.

You will work with Employment Advisers to tailor courses, report progress, and promote opportunities while enjoying flexible scheduling and a pro-rata annual leave

Qualifications

• Must have 2 A-Levels or equivalent Level 3 Diploma with GCSE English Grade B+
• Experience delivering training in welfare-to-work or related sector
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work to targets and with diverse backgrounds

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver high-quality employability training sessions (CV writing, interview skills, job goals)
• Maintain a professional training environment and materials
• Promote courses to internal and external stakeholders
• Assess participant progress and provide feedback to Employment Advisers
• Accurately report attendance and achievements
• Collaborate with Employment Advisers to identify suitable courses
