Job summary

Co-op Childcare is seeking a Deputy Nursery Manager in London to lead delivery of high-quality early years education and ensure compliance and excellent teamwork. You will support the Nursery Manager, drive outcomes, and help deliver a warm, safe environment for children and families.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Early Years qualification Level 3 or above and minimum 2 years Early Years’ experience (essential).
• Enhanced DBS check (we’ll cover the costs).
• Exceptional ability and desire to lead delivery of first-class child, colleague and parent experiences.
• Inspiring and passionate about early years and working with children.
