Job summary

Little Pioneers is seeking a Deputy Nursery Manager to lead delivery of high-quality early years education. You will work with the Nursery Manager team to ensure compliance, strong team engagement and outstanding outcomes for children.

You will have an Early Years Level 3 or above, at least 2 years of Early Years experience, and an Enhanced DBS. We offer extensive benefits, 30 days annual leave rising with service, and flexible 4-day week options.

Qualifications

• Level 3+ Early Years qualification (or above).
• At least 2 years Early Years’ experience (essential).
• Exceptional ability to lead delivery of first-class child, colleague and parent experiences.
