Job summary

West Midlands Combined Authority is seeking an Employment Support Data & Systems Officer to help deliver Employment Support programmes across the region. You will ensure data is accurate, secure and compliant, manage referrals and participant activity across WMCA systems including TYF and the PRaP system, and provide daily systems support to partners and local authorities.

This role suits someone who enjoys data, problem solving and building strong working relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience handling high volumes of data across multiple digital systems.
• Experience working with stakeholders and building effective relationships.
• Experience providing systems support, guidance or training.
• Knowledge of GDPR and secure handling of personal information.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage referrals and participant activity across internal and external systems.
• Maintain accurate, high-quality data and up-to-date records.
• Monitor the DWP PRaP system and validate referrals.
• Produce and quality-check performance and earnings reports.
• Provide day-to-day systems support, guidance and training to partners.
