We have a brilliant opportunity for an Employment Support Data & Systems Officer to join our team and play an important role in supporting the effective delivery of Employment Support programmes across the West Midlands.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring programme data is accurate, timely, secure and compliant, supporting the administration of referrals and participant activity across WMCA and external systems including Transfer Your File (TYF) and the DWP Provider Referral and Payments (PRaP) system.
You’ll also provide day‑to‑day systems support to delivery partners and local authorities, helping users navigate systems, resolve issues and maintain high-quality data. Your work will contribute directly to reliable programme monitoring, performance reporting, evaluation and financial assurance.

Your work will help ensure participants are supported effectively, programme performance can be understood, and funding and activity are properly recorded and assured.

The location for this role is Summer Lane, Birmingham with at least 2 days a week spent in the office.
