Job summary

Yorkshire Education Recruitment Ltd is seeking a teaching assistant to support pupils in learning, both individually and in small groups, and to assist the class teacher with engaging lessons.

You will help foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment, promote good behaviour, and support pupils with additional needs as required. Prior experience in education is preferred but not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in a school or educational setting.
• Patient, caring and proactive approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential.
