Job summary

Yorkshire Education Recruitment Ltd is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support pupils in learning across classrooms in Yorkshire. You will work with individuals and small groups, assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons, and help foster a positive, inclusive environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience with children in an educational setting, strong communication skills, and a patient, proactive approach. Relevant qualifications are welcome but not essential.

• Support pupils in their learning both individually and in small groups
• Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons
• Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in the classroom
• Help create an inclusive and supportive learning environment
• Support pupils with additional needs where required
