Responsibilities

• Complete statutory assessments under the Children Act 1989 / 2004.
• Manage a diverse caseload of children in need of support.
• Lead and participate in multi-agency meetings.
• Prepare clear, accurate case records and court-ready reports.
• Advocate for children’s rights and ensure their voice is central.
