You will work directly with children, young people and families, completing assessments and delivering interventions, while coordinating a network of support with partner agencies.

The role involves attending and chairing meetings, drawing on family strengths to help build sustainable plans.

Responsabilidades

• Assessments with children, young people and families.
• Deliver interventions and chair meetings with partner agencies.
• Travel across the county for business purposes and attend meetings/family visits.
