Silvercrest Care is seeking a Domestic Assistant to join our care home team in Bridgend. This part-time role offers 20 hours per week with a pay rate of £12.71 per hour. Responsibilities

• Ensure a high standard of cleanliness in all areas of the home according to the cleaning schedule.
• Support a welcoming environment for residents, guests and visitors.
• Assist the Head Housekeeper in identifying repairs or maintenance needed in the home.
• Follow infection control policies and complete cleaning documentation as per company policies.
• Engage with residents respectfully and create a positive atmosphere.
• Perform deep-cleaning duties as required with attention to detail.
