Job summary

HDR is a leading building engineering firm in the United Kingdom, delivering critical infrastructure from data centres to commercial environments. As a Project Manager, you will coordinate engineering and consultancy projects, typically up to £2M, ensuring scope, programme, risks and financial performance align with HDR quality management processes.

You will lead multidisciplinary project teams under the guidance of senior managers, maintain client relationships, and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• 7 years related experience; minimum 2 years project management experience.
• Chartered Engineer (CEng) or working towards CEng.
• Commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management and delivery of projects, typically up to £2M in value.
• Develop and maintain project execution plans, schedules and resource plans.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams to achieve project objectives.
• Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
• Monitor progress against programme and implement corrective actions where required.
