Job summary

Luso Court Care Centre, part of Willinbrook Healthcare within Care Concern Group, is seeking an Activities Coordinator. You will plan and deliver meaningful, person‑centred activities for adults with complex physical and mental health needs, promoting wellbeing and social engagement.

You will work with a supportive team to create a calm, inclusive environment, adjusting plans as needs change and ensuring every individual feels valued and connected.

Qualifications

• Creativity and organisation to design engaging activities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to plan and deliver person-centred activities.
• Genuine interest in supporting individuals with complex needs.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience from hospitality/events or related fields is welcome.
