Job summary

University of York seeks a coordinated role within Student Success to support Evaluation Plans tied to Access and Participation commitments. You will work closely with the APME Team and APP interventions, helping to plan, run focus groups, interviews, surveys and data collection while maintaining timely progress.

You will coordinate across multiple stakeholders, gathering and reporting information to support evaluation activities and ensure continuity during team leave periods.

Qualifications

• Facilitation skills and the ability to carry out focus groups and interviews with students and staff.
• Able to provide project coordination support, working with a range of stakeholders on the implementation and evaluation of project activities.
• Able to gather, analyse, interpret and report data/information to support the delivery and evaluation of access and participation projects.
• Able to work as part of a team, and independently using own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and implementation of evaluation plans in line with APP commitments.
• Assist with focus groups, interviews, surveys, data collection and transcription.
• Provide essential coordination support to the APME Team during leave periods to ensure core activities progress on time.
