Job summary

Manchester Metropolitan University is recruiting for a Monitoring and Evaluation Assistant to support the Greater Manchester Higher team. The role focuses on accurate data collection, processing and management to demonstrate impact and improve access to higher education for underrepresented groups.

You will clean, code and upload participant data, maintain records, respond to enquiries, and help gather activity registers and evaluation information.

Qualifications

• Strong data handling and attention to detail with spreadsheets, databases or information systems.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage records and respond to enquiries.
• Ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues and partners.
• Administrative experience and event support involvement.

Responsibilities

• Clean, code and upload participant data to national databases.
• Maintain records and respond to enquiries; collect activity registers and evaluation information.
• Provide administrative support to the wider team and support outreach activities and events.
• Work with colleagues to assist monitoring and evaluation and manage data processing tasks.
