Job summary

Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an IMPACT Project Support Officer (Band 5) for a fixed-term 6 months, with part-time consideration on a 9-month FTC basis. The role supports the IMPACT Commissioning hub and coordinates project delivery across partner organisations.

The post requires strong project administration, diary management, event support, and data reporting skills. Hybrid working is available, with full time or part time hours, 37.5 per week.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering and supporting delivery of projects
• Significant experience in a recent similar NHS role
• Experience administering for complex programmes with multiple work streams
• Proficient in MS Office and data reporting
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Support embedding and delivery of IMPACT strategy
• Assist in delivery of IMPACT projects including scheduling and diary management
• Support event management and coordination of conferences and meetings
• Produce project documents and maintain reports and flow charts
• Collect, collate, and analyse data to evidence impact
