Job summary

VST Group (Virtual Sales Team and VST Venues) is looking for Outreach Executives to engage charities across the UK, helping secure fundraising locations, generate leads and support campaigns. You’ll speak with people on behalf of leading charities, building relationships and gathering feedback across campaigns.

We offer flexible hours from 20 to 37.5 per week and hybrid working after probation, with a friendly team and opportunities for career development while making a real difference.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Confident and friendly telephone manner.
• Self-motivated, reliable and quick learner.
• Experience in customer service or call centres helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships over the telephone.
• Booking fundraising opportunities into venues.
• Generating leads and supporting outreach campaigns.
• Completing welcome and stewardship calls.
• Representing well-known charities and organisations.
• Updating our systems with accurate information.
