Job summary

Yorkshire Cricket Foundation in Leeds seeks an Impact Manager to lead monitoring, evaluation and reporting across its recreational cricket and community programmes. You will manage data collection tools, analyse data from surveys and registers, and translate findings into compelling insights for staff, trustees, funders and partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in monitoring, evaluation, impact measurement or research in charity or sport-for-development settings.
• Ability to design and collect qualitative and quantitative data for organisational learning.
• Strong data storytelling and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Design MEL frameworks and track KPIs for community programmes.
• Create primary data collection tools and analyse secondary data sources.
• Analyse data from surveys and attendance records and present findings.
• Translate evaluation findings into actionable learning to inform strategy and programme development.
• Collate and store data in line with GDPR and organisational requirements.
