Job summary

The Yorkshire Cricket Foundation (YCF) is seeking an Impact Manager to lead monitoring, evaluation and reporting of recreational cricket and community programmes across Yorkshire. You will manage data systems, analyse programme outcomes and translate insights into strategic learning for staff and partners.

You will collaborate with senior leadership, funders and external partners to demonstrate social impact, ensuring compliance with GDPR and safeguarding across all activities.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, collecting and analysing qualitative and quantitative data for learning and improvement.
• Ability to turn complex data into clear, compelling stories for diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with safeguarding standards and working with partners and communities.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning frameworks to track KPIs for community programmes.
• Develop data collection tools and analyse primary and secondary data sources.
• Translate evaluation findings into actionable learning for strategy and programme development.
• Produce impact reports for trustees, funders and partners with compelling storytelling.
