Job summary

Suffolk Mind is seeking a Research and Evaluation Assistant to join our team, supporting the Research and Evaluation Co-ordinator and Manager in delivering research and evaluation across Suffolk Mind. The role offers hybrid working and a permanent contract in a mission-driven charity.

You will help communicate findings via infographics, reports and dashboards, contribute to survey work, and support day-to-day delivery of the team’s projects. Office base is flexible within Suffolk.

Qualifications

• Able to communicate research findings via reports, dashboards and infographics.
• Ability to manage workload and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with survey design, distribution and analysis using Excel/PowerBI/Qualtrics or similar.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of research and evaluation activities across Suffolk Mind.
• Assist in producing research reports and data visualisations.
• Contribute to monitoring and evaluation projects and dashboards.
