Suffolk Mind is recruiting an IPS Employment Engagement and Partnerships Lead to strengthen relationships with employers across Suffolk and develop meaningful employment opportunities for people experiencing mental health challenges. The role supports the IPS service delivered in partnership with Norfolk and Waveney Mind.

You’ll work to grow employer engagement, manage partnerships, and help meet targets for successful placements, all within a hybrid working environment and a 37-hour week.

Qualifications

• Experience building and maintaining professional relationships with employers, businesses, or community partners.
• Experience working towards targets and achieving measurable outcomes.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• A passion for improving employment opportunities for people experiencing mental health challenges.
• Experience in employment support, mental health, health, social care, or the voluntary sector.
• Understanding of workplace wellbeing and mental health inclusion.
• Existing business networks within Suffolk.
