Salford Early Help Service is seeking an Early Help Team Manager to lead the Locality Team, improve outcomes for children, young people and families, and support neighbourhood/place-based working within Salford. The role focuses on advancing the Family Partnership Model of practice and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

We value relational practice and require experience in supervising staff, managing cases, and conducting regular audits.

Competenze

• Experience in supervising others, including direct case supervision for multiple cases and staff
• Attendance management procedures and appraisals knowledge
• Leadership experience to drive collaborative, person-centered change
• Willingness to work flexibly outside of office hours as required by the service

Mansioni

• Provide supervision for practitioners within the service and routinely audit and quality assure work
• Lead the Early Help Locality Team and support neighbourhood/place-based working within Salford
• Support the Family Partnership Model implementation to improve outcomes for children and families
