Salford City Council is seeking an Early Help Team Manager to lead the Early Help Locality Team, strengthening neighbourhood-based work and fostering collaborative practice with families and partners. The role focuses on improving outcomes for children and families within Salford.

The post requires experience supervising teams, delivering case supervision, and leading change with a person-centered approach, including flexible hours as needed.

Competenze

• Experience of managing and supervising others, including direct case supervision for multiple cases and staff.
• Ability to lead collaborative work and drive change in a person-centered approach.
• Willingness to work flexibly outside of office hours as required by the service.

• Provide supervision for practitioners within the service and routinely audit and quality assure work.
• Support operational development of neighbourhood/place-based working within locality and across the Salford Family Partnership.
• Lead the Early Help Locality Team to improve outcomes for children, young people and families.
