Job summary

Missing People is seeking a Content Coordinator in London to join our Marketing and Communications Team. You will develop engaging audience-led content across our website, social media, email campaigns and other digital channels.

The role requires strong planning, writing and video skills, experience with SEO and stakeholder collaboration, and a commitment to amplifying voices of people with lived experience.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience planning and creating content that shares and amplifies service users' voices.
• Experience writing SEO, AIO GEO and AEO and user-focused website content.
• Experience developing and managing content calendars.
• Experience creating engaging social media content (video, images, blogs) per brand voice.
• Experience managing diverse stakeholders internal and external.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging content across website, social media, email newsletters and other digital channels.
• Collaborate with volunteers and people with lived experience to reflect voices.
• Ensure online spaces are safe and content is consistent with brand.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Communications Team to grow awareness.
