Job summary

Hilditch & Key is seeking a Content Coordinator to plan, produce and manage engaging content across digital channels, including social media, website, blog and email campaigns.

You will develop a content calendar, collaborate with our in-house team for visuals and copy, and monitor analytics to improve engagement while upholding brand standards. Sidcup, Kent-based, full-time role with benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of content creation, digital marketing or social media management.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Experience with Shopify and Meta Business Suite is beneficial.
• Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with SEO/web analytics.
• Solid organization and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan, produce and manage content across web, social, email and print.
• Develop and manage a content calendar for campaigns.
• Collaborate with in-house team for assets and copy.
• Monitor metrics to optimise engagement across channels.
• Maintain brand consistency across digital touchpoints.
• Proofread/copyedit content for clarity and tone.
• Digitise the company archive.
