Candidates should have prior NHS diagnostic laboratory experience, be flexible with hours, and be prepared to train others.

Qualifications

• Experience in an NHS diagnostic laboratory is essential.
• Proficiency following SOPs and working in a clinical setting.

Responsabilités

• Reception and sorting of specimens; routine processing of specimens.
• Input of patient information onto the laboratory computer.
• Disposal of infected material and preparation of reagents.
• Maintain analytical equipment and assist in preparing reagents and specimens.
