Qualifications

• PhD or MS in Immunology with experience in biotherapeutics discovery and engineering.
• Deep technical expertise in biotherapeutics discovery/engineering and antibody structure-function.
• Proven track record advancing biologics or related modalities to the clinic.
• Knowledge of protein structure and biophysics for developability screening of biologics.

Responsibilities

• Lead Biotherapeutics projects and advise cross-functional teams across the portfolio.
• Identify targets and prioritize milestones within overall strategy.
• Coordinate resources, fill gaps, and manage external collaborations.
• Translate publications and conference insights into strategic portfolio decisions.
• Design experiments to advance large molecule programs to the clinic.
• Mentor and evaluate scientists, ensuring high-quality delivery of clinical candidates.
