Job Description

The successful applicant will contact and visit corporate clients to promote and up-sell the company's services. Representing the company at conferences and industry events is also required.

The Role

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing new business relationships within a territory assigned by the Business Development Director
  • Implementing action plans to maximize market penetration and acquire new clients
  • Networking within industry forums to expand sales opportunities
  • Analyzing sales situations and creating client-focused solutions
  • Building long-term relationships with target accounts using a consultative sales approach
  • Collaborating with other divisions to understand operational requirements
  • Managing sales processes for client acquisition and marketing activities

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A proven track record in sales/business development
  • Experience in the corporate immigration industry
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
