Gemini Recruitment is partnering with a leading law firm to recruit Immigration Paralegals for the Wethersfield IRC, Braintree, Essex. The role supports a broad range of immigration matters, including public funds and private clients, with occasional mentoring at the London City office.

• Demonstrated experience in publicly funded immigration matters.
• Law degree with relevant accreditation preferred.
• IAAS Level 1 or 2 accreditation (or willingness to undertake).

Responsabilidades

• Report to Department Director and support a wide range of immigration matters.
• Attend clients, take instructions, and prepare cases for submission.
• Prepare witness statements, draft documents, and organize evidence.
• Handle correspondence and manage funding applications to the Legal Aid Agency.
• Maintain accurate time costing and comply with file management procedures.
