Gemini Recruitment is assisting a leading law firm in recruiting Immigration Paralegals for the Wethersfield IRC, Braintree, Essex. The roles involve handling a wide range of immigration matters, including publicly funded and private client work, with mentoring from the London City office.

Based in Wethersfield, you will join a highly regarded Immigration team known for handling Tier 1 visa cases and asylum matters.

Qualifications

• Qualified in law with a Law degree and IAAS Level 1 or 2 accreditation or willing to obtain.
• Experience in publicly funded immigration law and private client work.
• Strong client care, communication, and organisational skills.

Responsabilités

• Report directly to Department Director.
• Assist with casework across immigration matters and advocate where appropriate.
• Meet with clients, take instructions and prepare cases.
• Prepare documents, witness statements and Home Office applications.
• Maintain time costing procedures and file compliance.
